We're seeking passionate and innovative professionals with experience in destination marketing and tourism to join  planning committees for the One West Tourism's Annual Summits. Ideal candidates should bring fresh ideas, collaborative spirit, and a strong commitment to enhancing the conference experience for all attendees.

Coach Up! Council is a dynamic initiative of the One West Tourism Alliance, designed to mentor and empower the next generation of tourism leaders. Hosted monthly by our expert partners at Winner Partners and Fired Up! Culture, this one-hour virtual coaching call brings together emerging and aspiring leaders in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Each session serves as a high-impact coaching experience—featuring open dialogue, career strategy discussions, and real-world insights from seasoned pros. Participants explore challenges, share opportunities, and tap into the collective knowledge of their peers to grow as confident, capable leaders ready to drive innovation and take on greater responsibility in the tourism industry.

This committee will be for tourism destinations that are built around a strong summer outdoor recreation economy that are now dealing with the challenges of being heavily impacted by the threat of smoke and/or wildfires and their negative impact on the visitor experience and visitor economy.
